After 37 years in business and making its mark as a mail order retailer, with its bedding adorning many beds in South African households, HomeChoice International has set its sights on digital growth.
"Our digital channel has been our fastest-growing channel for a couple of years now … 35% of the retail business’ transactions are now off their digital platform," said HomeChoice’s executive chairperson Shirley Maltz.
Transactions via the group’s showrooms have also grown, seven years after they first opened.
