Tshwane has cut the electricity supply of the city's South African Revenue Services (SARS) department.
According to the municipality, SARS owes the city R838 000 in unpaid electrical bills.
Tshwane spokesperson Selby Bokaba told News24 on Tuesday that the electricity supply to the high-rise building was cut in the morning.
