The State believes Agnes Segomotsi Setshwantsho, who is accused of killing her niece to benefit from a R3 million life cover policy, should remain in prison.
Advocate Ntendeleni Tshinyani, on behalf of the State, claimed that Setshwantsho was adequately receiving her medication at the Mahikeng Female Prison.
This comes as the Molopo Magistrate's Court in Mmabatho is expected to deliver judgment on a bail application brought by the accused.
