Suspected insurance scam killer Agnes Setshwantsho, 49, is now accused of having threatened the detective investigating her murder case as well as a correctional services officer who was expected to testify against her.
On Wednesday, a packed Molopo Magistrate's Court in Mmabatho, North West, heard that Setshwantsho threatened a female warder at the Rooigrond Prison in Mahikeng, where she is incarcerated.
The warder, who has not been named, refused to come to court to testify during Setshwantsho's bail hearing, claiming the accused had threatened to "get rid" of her.
