The head of the government entity responsible for training and producing thousands of artisans says he believes his organisation has been able to protect itself from cyberattacks since the dismissal of two of its IT specialists accused of spying and sabotage.
The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) cancelled IT contracts that allegedly supplied poor-quality products and parts while charging market-related prices to them.
