Acting Public Protector Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka has launched an investigation into Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu’s alleged improper conduct and transgressions of the executive ethics code.
Zulu is accused of violating the prescribed procedures for the recruitment and appointment of personnel, as well as failing to implement the recommendations of the Special Investigating Unit (SIU).
