The first live version of the Cars.co.za Consumer Awards since Covid 19 was unveiled on 29 February, with Khutso Theledi driven onto the stage in a sexy red Ferrari priced at R7.5 million, and cohost Nik Kabinowitz whose transportation were his own two feet.

Fifty percent of the vehicles is undertaken by consumers, while the other fifty percent is the responsibility of some very fortunate judges comprising motoring journalists and mainstream media professionals who get to spend a few days testing out the features and feel of the cars behind the wheel.
