Cape Town - After teasing a Cape Town audience for politely evading Sars issue, Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan explains why he won't adhere to a request by the Hawks to receive a warning letter.

He was speaking at a debate with Justice Malala at the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s second Rumble in the Urban Jungle at the Westin Hotel in Cape Town on Wednesday evening.
