The investor interested in buying low-cost airline Mango has been waiting since November last year for approval of the deal by Minister of Public Enterprises Pravin Gordhan.
According to the latest status report from Mango's business rescue practitioner, Sipho Sono, the chosen investor is still willing to wait, but it is unclear for how long.
Mango is a subsidiary of state-owned South African Airways (SAA).
