Whether you believe in them or not, vision boards are one of the most popular tools to create when mapping out your goals for the new year, and a financial vision board is believed to be one of the best ways to visualise and achieve your financial goals.
Portia Mamabolo, a Corporate and Personal Financial Advisor at Liberty, defines a financial vision board as a visual representation of your monetary goals, capturing specific financial objectives in a physical and visually appealing format – and she swears they work.
“What we're doing is looking at one or two goals that can be achieved within the next six to 12 months,” she said.
