The National Assembly will on Tuesday have an "urgent" debate regarding the failed extradition of the Gupta brothers from the United Arab Emirates.
The "Debate on an Urgent Matter of National Public Importance" is sponsored by GOOD's Brett Herron and is titled: "Failure of the government to extradite persons implicated in corruption, as demonstrated by the recent case in the United Arab Emirates and the consequences thereof".
Brothers Rajesh and Atul Gupta's extradition hearing was heard in an Emirati court in February, where South Africa's extradition application was turned down.
