The SA Post Office (Sapo) is being accused of victimising workers after it dismissed five employees from the board of trustees of its in-house medical aid scheme Medipos.
The five was instrumental in challenging Sapo in court for failing to pay more than R700 million in workers' contributions to Medipos.
The dismissals have been described by the Communications Workers Union (CWU) as a move to destabilise the board and Sapo's way of retaliating against the board which took it to the Gauteng Labour Court and won last year.
