IEC: Oorkant voting goes smoothly!
THE Electoral Commission (IEC) has expressed gratitude to South African expats who managed to cast special votes over the weekend.
The special voting was between 17 and 19 May 2024 in 111 countries across the world to facilitate voting by around 78 000 Mzansi citizens.
The Commission said the arrangements would not have been possible without the support of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) and the dedication of the department staff and heads of missions around the world.
