A high court judge presiding over a multi-billion-rand damages case against software giant SAP has been ordered to recuse himself after he walked out of court during live proceedings to "take a break".
Gauteng High Court Judge Moroa Tsoka walked out of court almost four years ago while SAP's legal team was cross-examining a witness.
Apparently irritated by SAP's line of questioning, the judge informed the software group's astonished lawyer: "When you've finished, you'll let me know".
