Commodity mining and trading giant Glencore will continue trucking South African coal to alternative ports for the foreseeable future despite a sharp fall in prices.
Following record highs of more than $400 a tonne last year, benchmark export coal prices have fallen.
They traded as low as $88 per tonne at the end of July.
