The aggressive rollout of new schools lies largely behind Curro, with the private education group now shifting its focus to consolidate its position and fill some 27 000 seats still available within its school portfolio.
As it stands, the group has 73 000 pupils enrolled at its 181 schools, with CEO Cobus Loubser telling News24 in an interview the group has a total capacity of nearly 100 000 seats in its schools.
Loubser said:
