It might not wear a three-pointed star, but you'd think it ought to after you turn the first corner in it. Qashqai is all grown up and premium in its own way, writes News24 Motoring contributor Pritesh Ruthun.

Nissan has taken the popular Qashqai to new heights with the 2023 model, boasting a 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a CVT gearbox (you can shift manually with paddles on the steering if you want), making it the talk of the town (at least among the several moms and dads I've spoken with at work who are looking to upgrade from slightly older SUVs and crossover vehicles).
