Two companies who scored millions from the botched Beitbridge border fence tender have been told they cannot get back the money they made off the controversial project.
Caledon River Properties Pty Ltd, trading as Magwa Construction and Profteam CC, the two companies responsible for the construction of the Beitbridge Border fence, appealed a decision of the Special Tribunal to strip them of profits earned from the construction of a border mesh fence during the Covid-19 pandemic.
On Wednesday, the Gauteng High Court dismissed an application.
