In the wake of the arrest of a former KPMG bursary specialist, Fidelis Moema, for allegedly siphoning funds, a recipient said she failed her course after being left out of pocket.
KPMG said on Friday that its approved bursars had not been impacted because the company had fulfilled its commitments.
But a 23-year-old, who spoke to News24 on condition of anonymity, shared how she fell into debt after receiving only part of a R100 000 bursary, which led to her failing her accounting course.
